Event Host Guide

The Event Host Guide is an excellent resource for those who may be interested in hosting a USBands-sanctioned event. It covers the various requirements, guidelines and best practices. This can give prospective hosts an idea of what to expect and how to host a successful event. Current hosts are expected to abide by the Event Host Guide, as stated in their contracts.

For more information regarding hosting a USBands event in your area, and available dates, please contact Eric James at  or 610-821-0345 ext. 129.

Event Packet Template

Event hosts can use this template to ensure that all participating units receive the proper information in the weeks and days leading up to the event. Please e-mail completed guides to Eric James at  or Michael Trehey at .

Announcer Guide

As an announcer at a USBands event, your words will be the voice of USBands to thousands of students and parents. One of the biggest challenges announcers face is knowing what to say throughout the entire event. We hope that this guide will help!

Sponsor Program Pages

Per the USBands Local Host Guide, Local Event Hosts must provide up to 12 full pages in the event program for USBands and its corporate sponsors to advertise at no cost.

Regional Events

In some areas, USBands Regional Events are held at large high school facilities. These events are typically larger than a local show and need adequate space and support to be successful. If you are in an area where USBands is not currently active and would like to host a Regional Event, please contact Eric James at  or 610-821-0345 x129.
